Cancellation Policy:

At our studio, we understand that things can come up unexpectedly, and we want 

to provide our clients with flexibility. Therefore, we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the booking.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If a client cancels their booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, they will receive a full refund.

If a client needs to cancel their booking within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, they will not be eligible for a refund.

If a client needs to reschedule their booking, they must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If the rescheduling request is made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the booking will remain the same.
